We had a very good experience. This was a car for our college student, so it was a bit more anxiety for us than normal, but AAA got it there in good condition and without issues. It did take a longer time than we had hoped for a carrier to be assigned and for the car to be picked up, but once it was there was high satisfaction. We will use them again
